Hier gibt es eine kleine Sammlung unseres Foto Equipments, dass wir immer mit auf unseren Abenteuern haben. Alle Kamers waren mit uns schon mit auf verschiedenstens Reisen unterwegs. Manche davon sind schon länger unsere Begleiter, manches ist erst seit Kurzem dabei. 

• Nikon D7000
  Unser treuer Begleiter auf allen Reisen ist die Nikon D7000, eine DSLR Kamera mit 16,2 Megapixel. Hiermit sind Filmaufnahmen in HD Qualität möglich und eine Live-View Funktion am 3 Zoll Bildschirm ist auch eingebaut. Da es sich hier um eine Spiegelreflexkamera handelt, sind Objektive nötig um überhaupt Fotos machen zu können. ;)

•    "Kit" Objektiv - AF-S Nikkor 18-105 mm
  Die Nikon Kamera wurde von uns im Kit mit diesem Objektiv gekauft. Dies ist ein von Nikon vorab zusammengestelltes Kit. Das Obkjektiv hat eine Lichtstärke von 3,5 - 5,6 G und einen automatischen Stabilisator.
  Dieses Objektiv ist sicher das meist genutzte in unserem Equipment. Durch die recht große Brennweitengröße kann es für viele Motive verwendet werden und es erübrigt sich ein häufiges Objektiv umstecken.

•  AF-S Nikkor 70-300 mm
  Dieses Objektiv haben wir für unsere erste Südafrika Reise gekauft. Der Hauptgrund dieses Objektiv zu kaufen war für uns die Möglichkeit damit Wildtiere in den verschiedenen Nationalparks zu fotografieren. Wir haben auf unseren Reisen dieses Objektiv viel öfter genutzt als wir zu Beginn dachten. Es hat sich zum treuen Begleiter für viele Nationalparks entwickelt und liefert uns immer großartige Aufnahmen. 

  

• Walimex pro 8mm Fisheye CS
  Das Fisheye ist relativ neu zu unserem Equipment hinzugekommen. Bisher haben wir damit fast nur in Österreich fotografiert. Das Objektiv haben wir vorallem für Landschaftsaufnahmen gekauft. Leider haben wir in Mittelamerika nur sehr selten die Chance gehabt dises Objektiv einzusetzen. Wir hoffen aber noch auf viele Einsätze mit diesem Objektiv. Hier ist noch zu erwähnen, dass dieses Objektiv nur manuell eingestellt werden kann.

•  Nikon Coolpix AW 110
  Diese Digitalkamera wird als Outdoorkamera verkauft. Die Kamera kann mit ins Wasser genommen werden um Unterwasserfotos aufzunehmen, weiters kann sie den Fall aus größerer Höhe überstehen. Mit dieser Kamera hatten wir bisher aber leider die größten Probleme. Auf einer unserer Reisen haben wir Unterwasserfotos gemacht und kurze Zeit später funktionierte die Kamera nicht mehr. Nach unsere Heimkunft haben wir die Kamera bei Nikon eingeschickt und repariert zurück erhalten. Nun sind wir aber eher vorsichtig damit und hoffen, dass sie uns noch lange erhalten bleibt. 

  
 

• GoPro Hero Session 4
  Die GoPro ist die neueste Kamera in unserem Besitz. Wir haben sie in Mittelamerika bereits ausgiebig getestet und sind sehr froh sie dabei gehabt zu haben. Mit der GoPro können wirklich tolle Aufnahmen gemacht werden, vorallem bei Filmaufnahmen ist Bild und Tonqualität wirklich einwandfrei. Das einzige Manko an der Kamera, finde ich, ist, dass es sehr schwer möglich ist Einzelfotos zu machen. 

This will be a little collection of our photo equipment we take with us on every adventour we take. Most of the things mentioned here, we have already taken with us on different occassions and on different journeys. But also a few bits are brand new and wait to be tested by us. ;)

• Main Camera - Nikon D7000 

 The main and most often used camera we own is a Nikon D7000 which is a DSLR camera with 16.2 megapixels, is able to film in full HD quality and has also a live view function on the integrated three inches display. 
As it is a DSLR camera objectives are needed to be able to make photos.

• "Kit" Objective - AF-S Nikkor 18-105 mm

This objective came with the camera and is mostly sold in this way. That's why it is mentioned as a "Kit" objective. The Objective has a range from 3.5-5.6 G and has a automatically stabilizator build in.
We use it the most often, as it covers a quite wide range and you can take satisfying pictures on very different motifs.

• AF-S Nikkor 70-30 mm

 We purchased this objective for our first trip to South Africa, especially for wild life photography. As it is obvious that you cannot get very near to all the animals in the different national parks such an tele objective is very much needed on such trips. Through out the two trips to the southern Africa we used the objective more often than we expected. We used it also a lot for landscape pictures.

• Walimex pro 8mm Fisheye CS 

The Walimex is one of our newest additions to our photo equipment. Until now it was never taken on trip with us, so we really looking forward to test it out in July. It was never with us on a trip, but we already tested it in Graz and took some great pictures with it. Maybe it is important to say that this objective has to me operated manually.

• Nikon Coolpix AW 110

The Coolpix is sold as a outdoor compact camera. It is a regular digital camera that is water proof and can also survive the fall from great hights. Also this camera is a bit of our worrying child. As on one trip where we took it to take underwater photos it broke down and wouldnt work anymore. So we had it sent to Nikon, now it is working fine but we are a little bit worried if it will do well again. 

• GoPro Hero Session 4 

So the GoPro is brand new in our camera equipment and for that we cannot say too much about it. We hope that it will be a great addition to our collection especially for outdoor shots and adventure videos.
